We are looking for a talented individual to join our exciting Resale team at Rogers For Business. Our team manages a very fast growing Resale portfolio in a very dynamic market environment.

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Operations, IT, Network Engineering, Finance, to provide project and product support to the portfolio.

What you will be doing:
Support Resale owned initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project documentations in order to monitor and track the progress of a project against its planned baseline
Work in partnership with key stakeholders to define and drive project scope, business requirements, implementation and execution
Partnering with all key stakeholders (including IT, Network, Product, and many other groups) to define and drive project scope, schedule, costs, business requirements, implementation and execution
Support full Resale implementation including validation of the technical solution, ownership of testing and supporting the operational framework based on specifications and standards
Support Projects through the Governance process
Actively managing and reporting on project status in a clear and concise manner (risks, issues and actions)
Coordinating training, and escalations to and from various operations groups to ensure readiness

What you bring:
Planning and project management experience is an asset
3+ years of experience in project management. Preferably within Telecommunications capacity.
Post-secondary Degree, or equivalent in Business preferred
Accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, requiring juggling of immediate tactical responses with long term strategic planning.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
Solid interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, both face to face and virtual
Strong presentation skills with effectiveness to present information virtually
Demonstrated technical competence with MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other systems
