The Associate Account Manager - Paid Social is responsible for developing the social paid media approach and executing these tactics via multiple social channels. In this role you will be responsible for helping grow multiple brands and provide a positive ROI though paid social campaigns. You will be an integral part of the digital marketing strategy, bridging the gap between paid, owned and earned platforms and demonstrating ROI across all activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage social marketing campaigns (Facebook, Twitter) for Fortune 1000 clients
Create, manage and execute strategic social marketing plans that meet client’s goals
Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations
Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using social marketing
Cross-functional campaign development with internal SEO & SEM teams as well as sister media agencies
Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
Build on an existing level of social marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts
Aid in creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and key process documentation

Skills and Behaviour:
Major account/client management skills and complex paid search/digital/social campaigns; multi-level sales/selling into accounts.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with analytical tools
Technical and analytical mindset
Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate and a minimum of one (1) year of paid social experience and/or digital marketing account management
Experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Experience with biddable social API’s (SHIFT, Kenshoo, Marin, Unified, Sprout Social)
