  • Work closely and effectively with the General Manager and other senior leaders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Attend phone calls and inform sales department according to customer needs.
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures the General Manager and other senior leaders’ schedule is followed and respected.
  • Do basic shipping and receiving.
  • Taking and returning calls and performing routine clerical and front desk.
  • Administrative function such at drafting correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Organizing a maintaining paper and electronics file or providing information to callers.
  • Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial and administrative records.
