Customer Service Representative

Medigas is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent full-time position located in Sudbury, ON

This position is responsible for the Co-ordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriates funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.

The successful candidate will help support the Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties along with helping the team to achieve a targeted sales budget.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.


You will bring with you to this position:
High School or equivalent diploma

2 years of customer service experience with proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Computer skills

Commitment to safety is a must

Must have a proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers as well as maintain knowledge of Homecare sales growth and development areas.
