Sales and managerial assistance for Psychology based Business
Successful Psychology Clinic needs dynamic (Bilingual) personality (psychologically minded a strong asset) to work answering calls to clinic and successfully turning them into appointments and also provide some office assistance and managerial duties.
Responsibilities include: answering phone during business hours with exceptional attention to client needs and re-directing calls, supporting team, some filing, record keeping and supporting administrator. Strong people skills are absolutely needed as well as organizational skills as well as a dynamic friendly personality that will make people feel safe and cared for on the phone. (Social Media skills are a strong asset as well)
