As Customer Experience Lead you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a Service Desk team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.
Here's what we’re looking for:
2 years+ of retail experience in a leadership role.
An inspirational leader focused on recruitment, coaching and development of high-performance teams
Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail customer service function.
A focus on inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer experiences at the service desk and elsewhere in store.
Demonstrated interest and ability in developing others
At all times aware of and working in support of achieving overall store financial goals.
