Our professional team in Levis, QC is growing and currently looking for the Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to the management of Mistras Quality and Safety Management Systems, and the Quality and Safety departments. The Compliance Administrator will be primarily responsible for reviewing and uploading quality and safety records into Mistras databases and the maintenance of Mistras certification and training records.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing administrative and clerical support to the compliance team.
Aid in the developing and maintaining the database for tracking staff records and Quality and safety publications.
Sorting and inputting data using Quickbase data management program.
Maintaining records of internal and external Quality audits.
Assisting in the distribution of corporate policies and objectives.
Dealing with staff enquiries relating to the company’s records.
Manage safety compliance websites for all Eastern Canadian Operations
Track monthly and quarterly Health and Safety Statistics for all labs.
Prepare labs safety scorecards for HSE Manager review.
Other duties as required.
2 years’ experience in office administration work.
Experience in Databases and data entry.
Experience using Quickbase would be an asset.
Bilingual - French and English languages.
