We are a successful e-commerce business that is looking for part-time assistance in managing a variety of aspects of our operations. The roles/responsibilities of this job include:

  • Maintaining a variety of templated spreadsheets/reports (e.g. inventory, shipments, costs, etc.)
  • Corresponding with suppliers via a variety of online platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, AliBaba, e-mail, etc.)
  • Identifying business trends and bringing them to the attention of management (e.g. non selling products, products with high returns, quickly selling products, etc.)
  • Managing inventory levels/orders to ensure items do not run out of stock
  • Corresponding with various team members and providing them with tasks/instructions
  • Optimizing PPC campaigns on a variety of platforms
  • Making operational recommendations to management to help grow the business

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Open to flexible working hours (some evenings required)
  • **SUPER IDEAL SKILLSET** - AdWords / PPC campaign experience, experience selling products on-line via Amazon & Shopify, experience writing product descriptions

Please note - this is a part-time work from home role. The successful candidate will need access to their own laptop and cell phone. There will be occasional in person meetings required with management (1-2/month) and there will be a need to communicate with management via text/phone during occasional evenings. This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible schedule.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $2,000.00 to $2,500.00 /month

Experience:

  • e-commerce : 1 year (Preferred)
