A career in our Personal Tax Compliance practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps individuals and families comply with US Federal and State tax filing rules. You’ll focus on tax policy changes related to tax returns, US and international tax reporting, tax payments and Internal Revenue Service communications.

The Opportunity: Bookkeeping Associate.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing internal and external relationships to deliver on our brand promise and build relationships with your clients as you help them fulfil their bookkeeping requirements.

About the Role:
Experience: 2-3 years bookkeeping experience. Bookkeeping designation preferred.

Bookkeeping: Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations will be performed using cloud-based accounting software. You’ll also be performing monthly GST/HST returns and payroll remittances, providing client follow-up and support, and other bookkeeping and accounting tasks, as required.

Workflow Documentation: You’ll be creating and editing accounting and workflow documents, which will be used by your fellow bookkeeping associates.
