The compensation plan offered is designed to enable the employee to achieve a yearly income upto $150K.

.ACCOUNTABILITIES: What is expected of you

  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities with focus accounts via cold calls and emails
  • Manage and track opportunities
  • Manage and build relationships
  • Qualify, progress and close deals to meet and exceed business goals and your own personal quota
  • Understand and communicate Digitech’s service offerings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Hunt for new opportunities
  • Follow up on referrals and initiate new leads through cold calling and networking
  • Speak or meet with key decision-makers of prospects to understand requirements and lead sales presentations
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Be responsible for client acquisition
  • Report and provide feedback to management
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a MUST

REQUIREMENTS: What you bring

  • Proven track record of success (consistent quota achievement)
  • Proven solid sales track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven sales methodology and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while achieving quota
  • Creative problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take the initiative
  • Self-Motivated and persistent with a desire to grow with the company
  • Have a passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Experience:

  • account management: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet monthly quotas
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
  • Other duties as requested
