Qualifications

Applicants should have:
  • Excellent service skills in a fast paced environment
  • Previous restaurant knowledge would be an asset
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Flexibility with work schedule - must be available for all shifts including weekends and overnights
  • Able to train, motivate and lead staff
  • An understanding of labour cost and food cost would be a benefit
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Minimum 1 year of guest relations experience and/or quick service production experience
Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment
Willingness to learn new skills
Natural Leadership Skills
Effective communication skills
Drive to tackle new challenges and succeed at them
Motivating others is your vibe!
Access to a vehicle would be advantageous
