What You’ll Do
  • Position Title: SAP iXp Intern, Analytics Customer First Operations
  • Location: Vancouver, Canada
  • Expected start date to end date: May 4, 2020 – January 1, 2021
Responsibilities
  • Leverage SAP Analytics software to provide additional insight and intelligence
  • Develop deeper level insights on customer adoption performance for key stakeholders
  • Acquire and transform data sets into meaningful, easy to read information
  • Manage pipelines to provide meaningful insight for key stakeholders
  • Facilitate standardization of operation strategy and reporting across global regions
  • Collaborate with development teams to automate and scale reporting
  • Coordinate reporting for Technical and Commercial stakeholders
  • Support internal day to day operations
Skills / Competency
  • Technology or Business related degree
  • A combination of technical and business understanding
  • Organized with a high level of attention to detail
  • A team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Good communication / writing and organization skills are important
  • Able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data, whilst showing a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
  • Good understanding of Jira and CRM tools
  • Above all, they should be passionate about technology, data and business
