About the Role:
The Intelligent Automation Vice President will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the Citco Group. The VP will work with the Process Design team, Process Adoption team, business unit representatives and software vendors to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver position bottom-line results for Citco.
Job Duties in Brief:
Own execution of multiple concurrent projects end to end
Maintains project reporting and project plans used for senior management reporting
Oversee Working Group meetings for all assigned projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes that drive efficiencies
Oversee execution of all business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
Assess business processes for transformation and/or automation
Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
Own and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
Oversee all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Review project reports to ensure validity and ethical communication
Lead Scrum of Scrum meetings
Ensure takeaways from retrospectives are implemented
Establish best practices/industry standards while designing solutions
Determine staffing and budgetary requirements for the team
Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting
Work with vendors on best practices and solution designs
8+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast paced environment
Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
Experience migrating enterprise wide software solutions
Strong Leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals
Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience
Confident leading code reviews, design sessions and reviewing technical documentation
Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
Practical application of driving efficiencies with Reconciliation Tools, Business Process Management, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
Experience with SmartStream TLM Recs Premium, BluePrism, SAP HANA, AWS
