Role:
In collaboration with the other contract administrators, the project manager and the purchaser, you will be called upon to use your competencies and talents to respond to the different aspects of the profession. Each of our projects is unique, and you will have the responsibility to see them through from start to finish.

Tasks:

Customer portion :

· Respond to the different customer requests

· Enter customer orders and communicate the information to the production team

· Invoice and collect the accounts receivable

· Participate in meetings both before and after the contract is signed

· Enforce the quality assurance standards

· Meet your colleagues for a coffee break in our multifunctional cafeteria

· Participate in establishing the project budget

· Create and maintain product cost files (BOM)

· Ensure timely delivery of the products

· Negotiate prices and changes within the scope of work with customers

· Provide quotes to clients based on predefined parameters

Supplier portion :

· Prepare quotes for suppliers to help establish the project budget

· Negotiate prices with suppliers

· Purchase supply requirements in accordance with tenders received

· Participate in one (or more!) team activities

· Enter purchase orders

· Plan purchases based on customer deliveries

· Ensure timely delivery of supplier parts

· Respond to supplier questions in collaboration with the different internal departments

Requirements:
You:

  • Have between 3 and 5 years’ experience in contract negotiation
  • Are a negotiator at heart
  • Have a talent for communication, including being bilingual
  • Are flexible, patient and decisive but also perseverant and assertive
  • Know when to take but also when to give back
