We are looking for a dedicated Paid Media Manager to oversee the full scope of several paid media campaigns across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

Overall paid media campaign strategy and implementation; may include Paid Search, Social, or Display efforts
Management of client media-spend budgets, keyword list-management, oversight of ad copy
Identify performance targets, project milestones, resource needs, etc
Monitor the overall performance of paid media efforts and report key indicators to senior executives
Top-to-bottom management of paid search campaigns; generating monthly and quarterly performance reports, conducting accounts audits, handling client queries, independence in daily tasks, etc
Participates in the training, development, mentoring and retention of staff members in this department

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEM experience, primarily in paid search campaign management; agency-side preferred
Experience coordinating and managing teams of search specialists
Proven track record of successful SEM strategy and implementation
Experience in social media strategy and implementation
Comprehensive understanding of keyword research and optimization for performance
Strong experience with ad copy development and use of betas
Proficient with SEM reporting and analytical tools
Certification in Google Adwords, Bing and vendor platforms such as Kenshoo
Certification in Facebook Blueprint a bonus
Proficient to expert with Word, Excel, 3P platforms
