Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, interview candidates, etc., and coordinate with building security
  • Place maintenance calls/assist when necessary
  • Prepare/review certain invoices
  • Various data inputs and key process support (vacation management, project information, new hire, agency, etc.)
  • Coordinate order and delivery of large meeting lunch/coffee requests
  • Arrange/clean conference rooms
  • Manage intern projects and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate large deliveries and daily mail delivery
Qualifications:
  • High School degree or Equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong work ethic and sound judgment, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive self-starter with professional maturity and confidence
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and follow-through
  • Team player, adaptable, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, documentation and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner with an aptitude for new technologies
  • Excellent MS Excel and Word skills
