We’re looking for a high-energy Administrative Assistant who shows up daily
with a get-it-done attitude + is always thinking ahead.

You’re a positive and organized person with no problem juggling tasks + responsibilities - supporting others is your thing. Satisfaction for you means taking care of the little (and big) things that help leaders lead more effectively. You’re the person that your friends call on to help them decorate their homes and who notices when a cushion is crooked, or when there are inconsistently spaced dollar signs on a spreadsheet. You love people, dogs, spreadsheets + design.

This position’s primary focus is to partner with a successful real estate agent, ensuring their
schedule, projects + commitments are executed flawlessly. You’ll be responsible for
making sure their team, clients and peers have a high-touch, professional
experience with the agent & their brand, while maintaining social media accounts and websites.

This Administrative Assistant position might be PERFECT for you if you’re a positive, tech
& social media savvy, organized self-starter. Loads of knowledge with MacOS, attention to detail +
interpersonal skills that ensure discretion & confidentiality are essential. A commitment to continuously learning, improving + refining your skills is a part of who you are. This is a part-time position offering flexible work hours for a minimum 12hrs per week {hours increase during agents busy time} + some work from home opportunities. The position requires some availability on evenings & weekends to manage bookings and assist with open house prep. This role is based in south Winnipeg and requires that you have a vehicle & valid drivers license to attend appointments + run errands as needed.
