Primary Responsibilities:

  • As a self-starter you are a high performing, disciplined automotive sales professional with the ability to qualify, build rapport, perform test drives, and close deals confidently
  • Following our proven in house sales process
  • Daily reporting to sales management regarding objectives and daily activities
  • Proficiency in using Customer Retention Management programs (dealersocket, autoalert, etc)
  • Demonstrating key vehicle features and advising customers on finance & lease options
  • Performing vehicle inspection and deliveries
  • Diligently maintaining an established system of customer retention

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of high achievement in an automotive sales environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, ability to overcome objections and close deals
  • Excellent customer service
  • Valid driver's license
  • Second language an asset
  • Vehicle Sales Authority License
