ENERCON is currently looking for a Coordinator for its North American sales team. The candidate will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for supporting business development operations in North America.

Ihre Aufgaben
Produce forecasts and reports (including monthly, quarterly, biannual annual, etc.) for management
Oversee contract administration, document printing, coordinate signatures and execution, distribution to customers and internal archiving (electronic and physical copies)
Collaborate closely with Corporate Relations to produce marketing items, prepare various reports, and help organize internal events
Administrate SAP-CRM and SAP-ERP databases for North America (drive market development needs, continuous improvement, future system developments, and control data quality)
Coordinate the configuration of turbines through SAP ERP for production, delivery and installation on all new North American projects
Organize corporate presence at tradeshows in North America (manage budgets, plan event organization, coordinate with event providers and subcontractors, manage employee participation)
Monitor and manage the general administration of the sales department (vacation requests, expense reports, interdepartmental requests, invoicing, training, team building, etc.)
Support day-to-day activities of the Commercial Management Team (travel coordination, data research, tender support, etc.)
Ihre Qualifikationen
University or college degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as Administrative/Executive
Assistant/Coordinator in sales or commercial department
Advanced proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
Advanced knowledge of the SAP software series
Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes
Excellent multitasking and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities
Outstanding sense of initiative, autonomy, and rigour
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure
Diplomatic with excellent communication skills
Required languages: English and French, German is an asset
