Job Description:
We are presently seeking an Accounting technician to join our growing team located in Sainte-Anne-de-
Bellevue. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of
experience in a similar position. Permanent full-time position. Competitive compensation and group
insurance plan. Free parking is available.

Your responsibilities will be included in the list below, but will not be limited to the following:


  • Accounts receivable & customer management:
o Customer onboarding, invoicing, transactions posting, accounts receivable follow-up,

collections, cash receipts, communications with customers (internal & external)
o Regular reconciliations & accounts receivable and deposit accounts verification

  • Accounts payable & supplier management:
o Supplier onboarding, commissions tracking, transactions posting, payment run pre-

selection, wire payment set-up and communications with suppliers
o Regular reconciliations & accounts payable verification

  • Accounting analysis:
o Monitor daily cash and credit card situation, post transactions in the ERP and prepare

monthly reconciliations
o Prepare and reconcile cash flow analysis
o Produce and eFile applicable local and foreign sales tax reports
o Analyze project costing reports and issue recommendations
o Analyze P&L accounts and issue recommendations
o Produce, reconcile and analyze period-end reports for periodic financial statement


o Prepare financial budgets and follow-up
o Participate in inventory counts and perform data entry upon request

  • Contribute in documenting processes & procedures and suggesting recommendations

  • Act as a reference person for office logistics (phone system, cell phones, photocopier, filing)
  • Answer the main phone line
  • Coordinate the purchase of office supplies
  • Ship small parcels and help clear paperwork issues at customs
  • Perform duties related to special projects, as required
 Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 3-5 years
 Accounting diploma is required (minimum CEGEP level)
 Strong accounting and analytical skills
 Excellent communicational skills in English & French (both written and spoken)
 Highly motivated, positive attitude and energetic personality
 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, diplomatic & empathetic
 Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, flexibility, capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks
 Capable of working well independently and within a team
 Willingness to learn and grow with the company
 Very good knowledge of MS Office including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
 Experience in using an ERP is an asset
