  • Assisting clients during their time of need following an incident involving their home and auto and support them through the claims process.

Specifications:

  • Claims Client Care Call Centre Hours:
  • Monday to Friday -7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday -8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Stat Holidays - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Team member can expect to work 2-3 weekend and evening shifts in a quarter.
