Customer Service Representative

North York Region

In this role you will join a leading, high end, specialty, custom made office interior manufacturer. As part of this hard working and committed team you will experience an exceptional working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the order process of custom-made furniture manufacturing
  • Assisting clients throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring specifications are being met
  • Providing product quotes and purchase orders
  • Taking care of the approval drawing process and ensuring the client is satisfied
  • Finalising details and payments at the end of the process
  • Maintaining rapport and positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ customer service experience
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the furniture industry and the custom made to order process is a strong asset

  • customer service : 5 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
