We are looking for two senior security analysts to be embedded in our future fusion center. These new positions will work collaboratively with our Security operations center (SOC), the Cyber Threat intelligence team as well as our Corporate Security unit to improve our situational awareness of the operating environment and assist in identifying best practices in managing business disruption events (Fraud & Cyber incidents) requiring the expertise of both of these teams. These positions will report to both Cybersecurity and Corporate Security Managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supports the security operations center and corporate security environments using a risk-based approach.
Evaluates and diagnoses crisis (both cyber & fraud) situations, applies critical thinking and coordinates with other security operations team members as required.
Prepares threat intelligence reports and analysis as required
Develops a close familiarity with the line of businesses global operations, key personnel and working culture
Monitors global events for general awareness and issues that could impact operations
Monitors data from various sources to identify threats and evaluate opportunities to better mitigate evolving risks
Actively collaborate with the Models, Technology and Transaction team (Financial Crime Analytic team) to leverage data strategies and capabilities to mitigate both cyber and fraud risks.
Assess previous security incidents and suspicious activities to identify lessons learned and future risks-based priorities to enhance prevention and detection.
Supports incident and crisis management teams during a security event as required
Supports complex investigations and conducts basic investigations upon request
Participate to intelligence sharing external committees when required.

Bachelor’s degree (required) and master's degree (preferred) in security management, cybersecurity, IT security or criminology.
Academic or professional training in political or security analysis ideal
Exposure to risk analysis and incident management preferred
Well-versed in security incident response, mitigation, and recovery Excellent writing skills; ability to find, evaluate and succinctly summarize and analyze information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
Versatile interpersonal skills
Ability to identify potential security risks and provide effective solutions/recommendations to both the Financial Crime and Cybersecurity management.
Ability to cope with tasks that are outside of scope to escalate issues
Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations
Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure
Ability to think outside the box and operate in the environment of a stressful and demanding operations center with a global focus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Understanding of corporate structures and emerging market business environment challenges
Bilingual (English/French) required
