How your role will add to the story:
We’re looking for a Service Floater. You will be expected to contribute to the operational effectiveness of the Service Department and to positive CSI results. You’ll also promptly and warmly greet customer, enhance the sale of labour and parts and advising and providing recommendations and estates for the diagnosis of vehicle problems. You will report directly to the Assistant Service Manager, and will also have the opportunity to work with all Dealership staff.

A day in the life:
On most days you’ll assist the Service Advisor in opening repair orders and contacting customers

Some days you’ll act as a back-up to Tower Operator, Warranty Administrator and Service Advisor

There’s always a chance you’ll be involved in training sessions and other duties as required by your manager

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits (3-5 points, plus the bottom 3):

Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury automotive environment
Ability to negotiate and sell
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
