As Regional Manager, Desjardins Network Life and Health Insurance, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding and developing financial security advisors and overseeing their activities. You will also interact with the caisses’ management team to follow the established action plan.

General responsibilities

Develop, implement and track the administrative unit’s action plan in accordance with the organization’s strategic aims and in alignment with the other administrative units, with a view to managing performance.
Apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, skills development, engagement, talent retention and diversity, consistent with the organization’s values.

Specific responsibilities

Coach, mobilize and develop your team and people in reaching sales objectives and deploying the new Desjardins Network Life and Health Insurance Sales model according to the established plan.
Evaluate your region’s sales potential, ensure adequate coverage for the territory and manage the various teams’ performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with the service advisors and caisse managers in monitoring the action plan defined by the network.
Monitor the financial security advisors’ activities, supervise the escalation process and be responsible for the quality and compliance of services offered to members.

Priority issues and challenges

Manage an integrated sales team of financial security advisors (FSAs).
Ensure that FSAs are present within the caisses and contribute to their positioning as the Desjardins experts in coverage solutions to complete our offer to members.
Ensure that member and client satisfaction (NPS), sales and business retention objectives for your region are met

Work location: The location indicated in the job posting is Montreal, but this is the department’s location, not that of the workplace
Home office – The candidate must be very familiar with the regions served and live in one of the following regions: Haute-Laurentides, Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Nord-du-Québec

Qualifications

Bachelor of Business Administration or related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including a minimum of three years in management

Hold the Representative's certificate in Insurance of persons - Autorité des marchés financiers
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
