To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.


Assist Product Managers and Sales team members with product research and pricing support;
Review requisitions, verifying their details and clarity. Obtain missing information where required;
Prepare purchase orders or other agreements as necessary and check them for accuracy and completeness before issuing;
Review daily shortage report to ensure parts are purchased on time;
Consolidate and maintain purchasing pricelists;
Provide regular inventory updates;
Create/modify purchase orders as needed;
Obtain and analyze bids in accordance with established policies and procedures;
Follow-up or expedite orders as necessary to meet schedules;
Keep the Purchasing Manager informed of all activities or problems and submit reports as requested by management;
Work with multiple vendors, evaluate the pros and cons of each to determine the best solution for the company based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors;
Negotiate with suppliers.


High School diploma required, DEC or AEC an asset
At least one (1) years’ experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills, written and oral, in both English and French
Proven success in previous roles based on strong analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills.
Proficiency using various computer and software to generate reports and communication, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
