What can you expect?
Provides a high degree of support for the Global Technology Operations and Support RPA Portfolio.
RPA Development & support role will provide experience working on medium to high complexity IT projects. You will be developing and supporting the GTOS RPA portfolio.
You will review RPA processes and technical exceptions. Maintain RPA schedules and process availability with Technical Lead, Credential Management team, Release Management team, RPA Control room, project line leaders, and portfolio manager. Guide and assist developers with code and variables update as needed. Work with business and subject matter experts on process improvements/changes.
The team is new to RPA and has been in existence for two years. Most team members (Dev, BA/QA) have approximately one year of experience or more with RPA (Blue Prism).
Cross training with current team members, job shadowing, and additional training as needed.

Code reviews for all projects at 25/50/75/100%
Support and assist with troubleshooting completed processes.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, and experience working on medium to high complexity IT projects in agile methodologies
Knowledge of relational database
A team first mentality and passion for automation
Creative problem solving skills
What you need to have:
3 years of RPA development experience
Blue Prism Developer Accreditation
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
