The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, performing and executing a wide range of administrative and support activities for the Chief Executive Officer, President as well as the Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Finance and respective departments. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills set priorities according to key issues, develop effective plans and ensure all resources are in place to achieve key objectives. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be resourceful and skilled at creative problem-solving.
Reports to the President
Coordination of Executive Team schedules, meetings and calendars.
Coordination of domestic and complex international travel (hotels, flights, cars) for Executive Team and respective departments.
Organization, filing and archiving contracts and other documents.
Management of Executive Team expenses.
Reconciliation of supplier invoices, corporate credit cards and board expenses as required.
Assist in preparing correspondence, writing and coordinating translation of documents and presentations.
Screen and manage incoming telephone and email communications for executive team.
Facilitate communications between external/internal clients.
Execute any related tasks or projects as requested by the management, on an ad hoc basis.
Assist and support the Investor Relations Team.

5 – 10 years minimum work experience in a similar position.
DEC in Office Administration or equivalent.
Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Excellent communications skills, written and oral in both French and English.
Previous work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
