We are looking for a self-driven motivated Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team for a rewarding career.
Previous working experience in a retail customer service-related environment is required
Familiarity with trending social media
Proven adaptability to ongoing changing management tools, previous working experience with store automation programs
Willingness to take flexible schedule and ability to work shift including weekends and
evenings is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, communication and customer service skills is
Leadership skills, ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
Working knowledge of POS system
Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
Must be an animal lover
