AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings for all LITA brands
Research and identify powerful SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Analyze competitors and find new off-site and on-site opportunities to sustain organic growth across all LITA brands
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Manage LITA’s digital marketing strategy with Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Campaigns, etc.
Maximize and optimize existing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
Strive to maximize the profitability of all Digital Marketing campaigns including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay Per Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Email Marketing, SMM (Social Media Marketing) and ASO (App Search Optimization)
Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals for all LITA brands
Collaborate with LITA executive team to manage SEO strategy
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions for all LITA Brands
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
Attend semi-weekly touch base/planning meeting with LITA executive team
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Prepare and provide reports to LITA executive team illustrating return on investment for all tangible marketing activities
General event and marketing support as needed
Proven SEO experience
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Experience with A/B multivariate experiments
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with trends
Facebook Business Manager
