Location: Vanderhoof or Fort St. James, BC

Full time – 35hrs/wk

Our Story: Since our humble beginnings 30 years ago, CSFS has grown to almost 300 employees providing services to 11-member Nations. CSFS is mandated to establish a comprehensive infrastructure for social, health and legal programs, for the eventual take-over of these services, consistent with the Tribal Council's objective of working towards Indian Self-Government. We deliver all services in accordance with our great law of sharing wealth set in our Bah’lats (potlatch) system. Respond to room/vehicle booking inquiries, and manage room/vehicle booking calendar
Greet clients and ensure service provision
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for staff

What You Will Bring to The Role:
Minimum Grade 12 with a minimum 2 years office experience; or
Possession of a Certificate in Business Administration
Maintain delegation level as required to perform duties to support delegated programs
