We are looking for a full-time Telemarketing Agent (B2C) to join our team. This person will be a go-getter, self-motivated and hungry to succeed. You will be responsible for collaborating with prospective clients as it relates to their strategic outbound communications.
- Home based (Work from Home)
- The workstation is a home office located in a room with a door to avoid distractions.
- If necessary, childcare must be arranged to provide a time slot of undisturbed, focused attention to details.
- Computer with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Keys to Success:
- Ability to be over-communicative (as you will be working from home) and not afraid to ask for help/questions.
- Cold Calling Experience is a must
- Have a prospector mentality and are not easily discouraged by hard work. Have self-confidence and self-motivation to set and achieve goals
- Responsible for utilizing tracking software as well as keeping it updated with detailed notes
- Ability to talk to people, assess their needs and build strong relationships
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Solid established computer and organizational skills
- A high degree of motivation and discipline
- Create weekly reports and perform weekly calls with clients
- Have the ability to build relationships and is a team player
- Manage several clients at a time and communicate constantly
- Past experience working in a call center environment is a plus
- Compensation will be based on experience
