As the Contract Services Coordinator you will support the expansion of Business Development, laboratory collection and our testing business. The Contract Services Coordinator provides operational support which is efficient and effective at all times.

This is a full time permanent role, located at 100 International Boulevard, Toronto.

Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the sales and account management team to assist in the close of new business and assist with account renewals and with new private pay initiatives and new test set-ups. Execute all on-boarding activities from collection handling requirements, custom requisitions, courier pick-ups, supply requests, reporting, EMR integration, and eLablink implementation. Communicate effectively to all teams on customer expectations and requirements and provide internal teams with the right information at the right time in order to effectively plan resources and quality of service delivery. Make Client File maintenance requests. Work closely with cross functional teams pre and post go live to monitor continuous quality improvements and transition activities. Validate and review documentation for end user invoicing and manage vendor invoices to confirm pricing and services are accurate. Conduct monthly invoice audits for new accounts, high revenue accounts, sensitive or problematic accounts. Track and trend the results and provide a monthly report to Client Service Directors and Client Service Managers. Provide support to front end PSC, Specimen Management and Customer Care Centre Support national kit collections by distributing kits and supplies for specialized testing, Book appointments for out of province requests. Schedule mobile onsite collection requests.

Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline Minimum of 3 years in a customer service and lab operations role Bilingual skills are an asset (English/French) both verbal and written Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and IntR Lab software. Health industry experience is desirable Proven ability to deal with multiple projects and demands including strong analytical, organizational and decision making abilities Strong communication skills; and the ability to collaborate with multiple areas of the business Is able to act independently with excellent problem solving skills
