We need one (1) transportation office manager for our trucking company located in Concord, ON.
The salary is $40.00/hr, 40 hr a week, and this is a permanent, full-time job with an immediate start date.
The manager may work early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend or night, depending on schedule. (All hires are treated in accordance with ON labour standards.)

A good communication level of spoken and written English is required with a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Relevant work experience of 2 years to less than 3 years is the minimum desired.
The applicant should have the ability to supervise 5-10 people or 11-15 people at any time.
The applicant should be able to:

- have attention to detail, and
- be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
We need someone who is organized, a team player, accurate, client focused, has good values and ethics, has effective interpersonal skills, flexible, has good judgement and initiative, and is reliable.
Specific skills needed include good ability to:
-plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations,
- oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods,
- ensure transport compliance with regulations,
- and arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit.
