Harris Chevrolet is looking to add a Delivery Coordinator to their busy dealership! This role is the perfect opportunity for a personable individual who enjoys a customer-centric work environment, works well with sales goals, and strives to provide the best customer service experience.
As the Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for scheduling customer pick ups of sold vehicles with customers and sales teams. This includes; ensuring the vehicle is prepared for the customer, going through a full presentation of their new vehicle and its features, plus following up with their post delivery experience. You will also be responsible for selling vehicle accessories best suited to the customer and their new vehicle.

- Coordinating Deliveries with Sales and Customers

- Providing Excellent Customer Service

- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction score targets are met
- Reviewing Vehicle Packages & Features

- Parking, moving and general upkeep of the vehicles on the lot
- Wash bay responsibilities
- Putting sticker prices on vehicles
- Report to sales manager for daily list of tasks
- General go-for guy dropping off vehicles or collections when required
- Must have a valid BC, license
- Must be ambitious and eager to learn
