Job Description

Digital Campaign Management 70%

  • Creating & managing digital marketing campaigns (more specifically in Online Advertising and SEO).
  • Identify trends and insights, analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information and manage and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Paid search campaign management, including development, implementation launch, monitoring and optimization through Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Collecting and analyzing campaign data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI for our advertising campaigns
  • Monitor ad performance in relation to site analytics (via Google Analytics and other platforms) to ensure ROI goals are successful
  • Produce bi-weekly reports for leadership to show the success of various ad campaigns and tracking ROI compared to monthly spend
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting

Social Media Management and Content Creation 30%

  • Implementing the social media strategy, including content creation, design projects, and the management of social media accounts, maximizing traffic, engagement, and growth across all social platforms
  • Strategize, manage, develop and execute a monthly multi-channel content calendar for social platforms that support product/content campaigns, ensures a constant supply of relevant content, and showcases GCI’s brand
  • Continuously monitor our social platforms, responding to customer inquiries and feedback expediently
  • Creating content for day to day operations, blog posts, website content, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • College degree
  • Excellent English and French oral and written
  • Experience in Social Media and Marketing Communications
  • Mastery of advertising platforms of Facebook, LinkedIn and Google is a must
  • Software knowledge Microsoft Office & Adobe Cloud is a must
  • Google Analytics and Adwords Certified would be an asset
