Job Description:

The Assistant General Manager is ultimately responsible for the daily operations of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager; ensuring a quality product, excellent service, and the fundamental safety of the guests and staff, while safeguarding and maintaining the investment of the owners.

The Assistant General Manager also plays an integral part in the training of all departments as well as marketing and sales of the property.

Requirements:

Previous hotel operations experience required. Preference will be given to those with Food & Beverage and Rooms Division experience and a Hospitality Degree. The successful candidate can look forward to a competitive remuneration package including a fully paid Medical, Dental and Vision Plan.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year
