We are currently looking for an Internet/Phone Specialist for our Crown Honda location.

As an Internet/Phone Specialist you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be responsible for handling your customers from START to FINISH. This is not merely an appointment setting position. You have the opportunity to set the appointment, meet the customer, present the vehicle, and close the deal. Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Respond to dealership internet and phone leads from a variety of company and third-party sources in an effective manner with the goal of setting an appointment
  • Be available to respond to email and phone inquiries by email or phone within 20 minutes of inquiry in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Selling a minimum number of vehicles or bringing in a minimum of customers from the Internet and phone, based on goals and objectives defined by Sales Management
  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features and payment solutions to internet/phone customers.
  • Facilitate customer test drives for internet and phone customers
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective internet and phone customers
  • Track customers using store specific management systems.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and sales training courses.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pickup.
Training will be provided on the internet and phone sales process and on the product itself- no prior vehicle sales experience is required.
