We’re expanding our practice and looking for a full time Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping people and providing exceptional client care. Bayridge is a counselling facility designed to promote interpersonal growth through the holistic integration of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual development from 9 locations throughout Southern Ontario. Our clinics are made up of a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, social workers, rehabilitation and behaviour therapists, psychotherapists and child/family therapists.

We offer a flexible schedule according to the psychologist’s preference and availability. We offer the choice of salary or split based on your preference. Health benefits are provided for full-time staff. Compensation for the role will be aligned with the candidate’s skills and experience and within the budget of BCC.

As an integral part of our team you’ll have administration services, website presence, unified advertising, and inter-office referrals and of course the support of our multidisciplinary team.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • A Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a focus on marriage, family, anxiety, and trauma
  • 5 or more years of related clinical psychology experience
  • You must be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
  • Would be helpful to have MVA, WSIB experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, part of an integrated multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in assessments and report writing
  • Strong references
  • Professional liability insurance
