Position Summary:
The Site Administrator position will provide administrative support services for the high-rise construction division. The ideal candidate must be well organized, proactive, hard-working and should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the Site Administrator include:
Assist the Site Team with overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality and project status.
Maintain and organize the site trailer, drawings, bidders and digital filing system.
Draft and Issue Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Site instruction’s and RFls.
Update and maintain various logs and trackers including but not limited to Concrete, Rebar, Owned Equipment and Rentals
Monitor all general labour and track costs as per construction labour guidelines
Administrating the drawing process and maintaining current records on site
Assist with issuing subcontracts and monitoring their progress.
Assist with collecting and organizing project safety & environment documentation
Involved in project closeout, including archiving documents, maintenance/warranty manuals, deficiencies and warranty work.

The Ideal Candidate:
Post-secondary education (College or University) with a specialty in Construction, Engineering or Architecture.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and planning skills with prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities to meet time sensitive deadlines
Self-starter attitude with an ability to work in a small office environment without constant guidance and direction
Excellent attention to detail
Enjoys a fast pace environment and is highly professional
Open and adaptable to providing all types of support to the office and fellow team members as required
