More specifically, you will be part of a team that supports all applications relating to the Desjardins caisse member information file data warehouse, which serves users at Desjardins caisses and many others. In accordance with the team's planning, you will provide 24/7 support service in rotation for mission-critical solutions. You will also analyze and have a solid understanding of the technology field, design optimal solutions, and understand the various components of our systems and how they interact. You will make patches in the production environment and perform post-implementation follow-up to ensure solution quality, stability and performance. You will work with development teams on deliverables, non-deliverables and projects. You will also serve as a resource for applying best practices in systems maintenance, as well as for development teams with regard to system and technology functionalities in the production environment. You will identify situations that could have a major impact on production stability, provide feedback and implement appropriate patches. You will also identify improvement opportunities, and propose, recommend and implement optimization solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Specific knowledge

Knowledge of Unix, Windows environment

Knowledge of software/tools: MongoDB, Java, GIT, REST/SOAP

Knowledge of an ETL tool, preferably DataStage

Knowledge of tools: Bash/ Kornshell Jenkins - CI/CD (an asset)
