Contract to Hire (Min 12 Months)

Toronto, ON

Job Description

Do you want to be part of turning some of the world’s largest spirits brands into the world’s most powerful brands in culture today? Do you have an equal thirst for over-delivering business targets and executing with creative excellence?

If so, we are seeking a Brand Manager to lead the strategic agenda for our Premium White Spirits brands, among them Ketel One Vodka, and Tanqueray and Gordon's gin.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we aren’t slowing down in our pursuit of recruiting the next generation of LDA consumers for the future. That means understanding the motivations and behaviors of millennial and multicultural communities. It also means nurturing our existing consumer base so that we can profitably and sustainably grow our brands. In short, we need a brand leader who is equally book smart and street smart. Someone willing to push boundaries creatively and maintain strong business discipline, while at the same time embracing our team culture. This is someone who has excellent instincts for marketing and an equal sense of urgency to get the job done.

As marketers at the client’s, we thirst for greatness, and are proud to lead the future of some of the worlds’ most famous and admired brands - brands built by entrepreneurs and philanthropists, true visionaries whose values we honor and sustain. We stand on the shoulders of these giants and look to become the giants of the future. We challenge and support each other to be the best, setting high standards and celebrating our success when we exceed them.

Are you prepared to take risks in the pursuit of greatness? Do you hold yourself to the highest standard with real accountability for results? Would you treat the business as if it is truly your own – because you want your legacy to be worthy of that of our founders? If so, the Brand Manager - Premium White Spirits role is for you.
