We are currently looking for an exceptional team member who is outgoing, organized and dedicated to our patients to fill the role of Office Administrator (Part-Time) for our Chiropractic & Wellness Office in Emerald Hills, Sherwood Park.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients by greeting them, in person and on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Booking appointments for patients
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Participate in and maintain cleanliness and order
  • Ensure daily operations are completed to standard
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of accountability
  • General office support
  • Other duties as required
