What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will be the client’s primary point of contact for all day-to-day Clients related operational queries, liaising internally with various operational teams to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.
What will you do?
Provide critical support for all day-to-day Clients related operational issues & queries
Understand client processing and participate in virtual client teams, representing Client Operations
Liaise with other operational teams to resolve daily operational issues and provide support to other internal teams as defined in SLA.
Understand customer expectations and satisfactions levels and audit coordination and follow up
Develop long term relationships with targeted line(s) of business and collaborate with colleagues globally to achieve objectives
Execute with urgency while maintaining quality, cost and efficiency targets
Accept accountability for individual results and understand contribution to team performance
What do you need to succeed?
Bilingual in English and French both written and oral
Solid understanding of Risk Management & Compliance requirements relating to KYC & AML
Understanding of investment industry and client requirements
Organizational & time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with client management skills
