The Moncton Northeast Construction Association is one of New Brunswick's leading business associations, representing the interests of general contractors, trade and sub contractors and suppliers to the construction industry at the local, provincial and national level. The Association membership includes 400 businesses, mainly operating in eastern New Brunswick.

The Moncton Northeast Construction Association exists to serve it's members; by displaying plans and information on current projects in the industry; by acting as their collective voice on issues of concern; and by promoting standards, education, and communication in an effort to benefit the industry and society.

Responsibilities
Maintains regular contact with members to promote the Association and assist them with their service needs
Oversees all aspects of the membership process, including recruitment, on-boarding and renewals
Assists in maintaining the MNECA member database including inputting data, updating records and processing membership applications
Manages the website and social media platforms and creates online content
Supports the execution of internal/external promotions and marketing campaigns/strategies to attract new members and retain existing members
Coordinates and promotes educational and training programs to members through in-person workshops, webinars, videos, etc
Works with President to develop and implement new programs and initiatives that enhance member value
Provides event coordination support
Completes generel office duties and assits with day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications

Education

Formal education in a business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and career experience

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Experience working in the construction industry is an asset

Skills

Possesses a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Excellent problem solving, time management, highly organized with strong attention to detail
Demonstrates willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Demonstrates superior relationship building skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Bilingualism is an asset
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (ie. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and social media best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
Familiarity with web design and publishing
