We are seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join our xDine Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, learning and enthusiastic about excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who pride themselves as being patient, logical, communicative, dependable and persistent. We’re building a team dedicated to supporting our xDine Platform and this will be a great opportunity to work on a small team and see a product grow. You will get plenty of opportunities to learn different parts of the business, try new things, and learn new skills. If you have a design background you will also get to assist with the product design process.

Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating merchant files by providing accurate client administration
  • Conducting remote installs for clients
  • Deployment calls and emails ranging from solution inquiries to location update/change requests on our 24 Hour Help Desk
  • Troubleshooting diverse technical scenarios
  • Working with Third party partners as required to resolve issues
  • Client follow-up/fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working with our third party partners to ensure timely service
  • Actively logging deployment calls via our internal tracking system
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through timely and outstanding customer service

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about technology, e-commerce related technology, and troubleshooting related issues
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative, proactive and able to 'think on your feet'
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize your tasks, meet deadlines and deliver on tasks
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated
  • Professional with excellent communication skills
  • Driven to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain customer loyalty
  • French is an asset
  • No experience is necessary, training will be provided

Credentials & Experience:

  • Customer service experience (1-2) is an asset
  • POS (Point of Sale) terminal experience is an asset
  • Retail and hospitality industry experience is an asset

Software Experience

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe XD
  • Adobe Indesign
  • Adobe AfterEffects
