A well established wholesaler of industrial equipment in Kitchener, ON is seeking a professional individual to join our team in a Reception / Administrative Support capacity. Hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming calls and mail

2. Posting, Receiving, Invoicing, Warranty, Filing

3. Mail outs and Emails

4. Administrative support for the General Manager

5. Additional tasks as required

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of office administration and reception procedures
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation
  • Excellent computer skills, including a strong understanding of all MS Office applications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multi task with strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and results oriented
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Preferably Bilingual (English and French)

Wage: $16.50 - $19, commensurate with experience.
