A typical day:
Develop tools and scripts in order to automate tasks related to package management (packages) and deployment schedule. Oversee the monitoring and evolution of the process in order to maximize automation and deployment efficiency;
Ensure the production and implementation of an action plan in order to address issues and provide support to advisors during the coordination process to resolve medium to high complexity issues or incidents;
Liaise and communicate with various groups (technical, collaborators and management) to identify the right approach for end-to-end projects;
Promote the use and improvement of good practices and technical tools;
Provide advice, based on expertise, regarding the different services of the company for the evolution of business and the possibilities offered by technology;
Perform Site Request Preparation and IT Services Implementation activities;
Contribute to improving business continuity by ensuring the evolution, implementation and support of succession systems;
Monitor the quality of IT services and quickly identify situations which could jeopardize the stability of IT environments by analysing recurrent incidents, identifying those that become critical and making recommendations;
Participate in change management to ensure service levels, standards and norms are met by change initiators;
Produce, aggregate and diffuse information on interventions and changes;
Identify situations that could significantly affect the quality and stability of environments;
Make recommendations based on impacts and risks or opportunities for improvement in change management;
Contribute to various projects or mandates in their area of expertise.

What our teams need
Minimum of 5 years experience as an office automation specialist;
Extensive knowledge of the following tools and software: SCCM 2012, ideally 2016 current branch, MSI, APP-V sequencer, InstallShield, CMD, Power Builder, Power Shell, VBscript, VMware, Java script, HTML/CSS;
Basic knowledge of Citrix, report builder, etc.;
Knowledge of software installation;
Extensive knowledge of Windows;
Ability to make decisions in a timely manner;
Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
Client focused;
Thorough and attentive to detail;
Knows how to inform by sharing knowledge;
Intermediate English.
