Summary

The Inside Sales representative will act as a first point of contact in developing current client accounts and establishing new accounts through sales calls both incoming and outbound. As a key member of the sales team, you will support the growth of sales through exceptional communication and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify new leads
  • Create, maintain and expand a database of current and potential customers within the assigned territory and/or industry
  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understand the customers’ needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Assist sales team with daily tasks
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommend improved policies and procedures
  • Create sales reports for management and sales team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluently bilingual (English and French)
