P. Machibroda Engineering (PMEL) is a Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental engineering consulting firm based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are looking to add an eager and driven member to our team in an Admin Assistant role.

The primary responsibility of the position includes providing administrative and coordination support for a department of 15+ people.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving client testing requests either by phone, email or in-person.
- Scheduling and directing field personnel to accommodate client requests.
- Data entry and distribution of test results.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in administrative support (3 – 5 years’ experience) as well as experience in the construction industry and exceptional time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are also critical for success in the position. Experience using SAP would also be considered an asset.
